Our Executive / Managing Director is a Member of the Chartered
Quality Institute (MCQI), a Chartered Quality Professional
(CQP), an Incorporated Engineer (I Eng) and a Fellow of the
Institute of Highway Incorporated Engineers (FIHIE).
Our

are provided in English, Cantonese and Mandarin by consultants
with extensive experience in the management processes
associated with the various professions,
industries and businesses of our clients.
Our
business strategy aims to assist our clients to develop simple,
effective and user-friendly management systems in order to help improve
operational performance, whilst adding value throughout our

Our routine processes are documented in our IMS, where
conformance to company policy, objectives, targets, procedures, manuals, etc.

environmental, occupational health & safety and food safety management
consultancy, where continual improvement is essential to achieve and

We ensure that our policy remains appropriate to the

activities, products and services. Based on feedback
from clients, the policy is regularly reviewed.
The effectiveness of the IMS is reviewed, analysed and reported
to top management, who ensure the effective communication and
promotion of the IMS policy and client
requirements to all staff and supplier organisations.
