    Company Background

    The company was founded in 1994 by Martin Randell, who is a Member of the Chartered Quality Institute (MCQI), a Chartered Quality Professional (CQP), an Incorporated Engineer (IEng), a  Fellow of the Institute of Highway Engineers (FIHE) and is also the company's CEO & MD.

    Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, all of HR's senior consultants provide a wide variety of management system services to suit any type and size of client organisation. Our company serves both the public and the private sectors, spanning many different professions and industries.
