    Company Background

    Havering Radcliffe was established in Hong Kong in June 1994 by our Chairman, Martin Randell. Sarah Lee and Clarence Lee both became Directors in 2014, providing fresh perspectives and insight that will help to manage, develop and diversify the company over the coming years.

    We deliver services in English, Cantonese or Mandarin to suit any type and size of organisation in the public and private sectors. With over 23 years of experience, we deliver high quality services in an environmentally responsible, energy efficient and inherently safe manner.
